After many trials and errors, here is what I consider to be the pen ultimate of my Nekusar decks. It focuses on draw and discard punishment, along with wheels forcing opponents to do this. Two combos are Jace's Archivist + Mind Over Matter and Mind Over Matter + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind . As long as Nekusar or any creature or enchantment that punishes opponents for Card draw is on the field, you can kill the other players as long as they do not have any answers.
