Meme/Budget Tetsuo deck for a friend! the main strategy is to get him with Infect, then use extra combats and control to slowly hunt you opponents and end their miserable existence. Worst case, just drop a planet on them for free before blockers are even declared.

You have tutors, ways to make Tetsuo huge, a couple of combat tricks for spice and some fun in the sorcery slots. I tried to keep it thematic for the most part, so most "why not this card" will simply boil down to "it didn't feel evil enough" or "it didn't feel like sephiroth.".

the main way i see stabilizing is to rush out unscythe or another card that essentially removes creatures using damage. you can then switch between removing the scariest creature on board (and then getting a zombie as a result) and casting something from your hand for free. Pact Weapon and Drach'Nyen are two incredible targets for tutors as well, as they provide equipment that do crazy things and cost enough to cast some of the big spells in your deck. or just murder more pathetic creatures and get more zombies.

the DREAM is to get kaldra compleat onto the commander, casting Star of Extinction on someones land, and then killing everyone with the only creature on the board. Drop the planet, play the cutscene, then watch as your opponents writhe in pain.
