Easily my favorite deck to play. Does well in medium to high power pods. Just a really fun deck. Once Mindcrank is on the board the game is probably over. Everyone mills and inevitably someone has a creature, making everyone mill again...and again.

{B} WINNING {B} Part {1}

Get Syr Konrad, the Grim on the board and protected.
Get Mindcrank on the board and let the cycle begin. Altar of the Brood and/or Mesmeric Orb will speed this up considerably!

{B} WINNING {B} Part {2}

**: Result: Each opponent gets ten poison counters.
Requires: All permanents on the battlefield. Phyresis attached to Syr Konrad. One additional creature card in your graveyard. One additional creature card in hand. {B}{B}{B}{B} available. Steps: Activate Tortured Existence by paying {B} and discarding a creature card. The creature card is put into your graveyard, triggering Syr Konrad, causing it to deal one infect damage to each opponent. Resolve the Tortured Existence ability, returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand. The creature card leaves your graveyard, triggering Syr Konrad, causing it to deal one infect damage to each opponent. Repeat four more times.

{B}WINNING {B} Part {3}

Result: Each opponent loses the game.
Requires: All permanents on the battlefield. Morality Shift in hand. Phyresis attached to Syr Konrad. You have at least ten creature cards between your graveyard and library. {5}{B}{B}available.
Steps: Cast Morality Shift by paying {5}{B}{B}, exchanging your library with your graveyard. Syr Konrad triggers for each creature card in your graveyard and library, causing each opponent to get that many poison counters. Each opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters.
Tutors: Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor

Notable cards: Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to shuffle graveyard into library.

{B} WINNING {B} Part {4}

At any point when a graveyard is getting full you cast Bojuka Bog exiling all the creatures and activating Syr K's trigger.
You can target yourself with Bojuka Bog if you have the fullest graveyard.

{B} Living your Best Life {B}

Equip Basilisk Collar and Vampiric Link to Syr Konrad, the Grim and each ping has lifelink AND lifegain attached to it. In a 4 person pod, you'd get 6 life gained per creature hitting/leaving a graveyard.

{B} Angel of Suffering or How to lose the game {B}

Angel of Suffering I love it because it protects me while filling my graveyard with creature triggers for Mr. The Grim.
I hate it because she’s made me mill myself out and lose exactly as many times as it’s let me win.
I milled 73 cards in one rotation due to her and two copies of Mesmeric Orb. This was made worse by dying with with Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, my salvation, in my hand.

{B} Combos I'm Considering {B}

Pitiless Plunderer + Gravecrawler + Carrion Feeder
sac gravecrawler to carrion feeder to get a treasure and a syr k ping. Use the treasure to bring her back for another ping. The feeder grows.

{B} Mean {B}

Peer into the Abyss heavy casting cost but probably end the game if I target the right player.
Morality Shift could end a game if I have Mr. Konrad on the board. Especially when Kozilek, Butcher of Truth hits the graveyard and starts the process over again.
