Aggressive Meren list. Lots of good stuff. Potential to go infinite if necessary but fine to just play at normal tables as well.

Meren in play with 6 counters. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed in play. Sac engine in play. Cast Massacre Wurm. It does 2 damage to every creature. Sac it to Carrion Feeder. It dies, and comes back because of Micky. Does 2 more damage. Sac it again. Recur it on your end step using Meren. Sac it one more time to Carrion Feeder. It recurs again because of Micky. You’ve done 8 damage to each of your opponent’s creatures.
If you did this with Gray Merchant of Asphodel instead of Massacre Wurm, everyone is probably dead instead of creatureless.

Added Tombstone Stairwell to create/sac several tokens each turn and drive a lot of value to Meren.

Must add Gary! Now, figure out what to cut.
