Maybeboard

Step 1 - Ramp, cast atla palani as early as you can

Step 2 - Make Eggs

Step 3 - Break Eggs by blocking, sacking, or Wrath of God

Step 4 - Profit

The deck is pretty straight-forward, You use Atla Palani's ability to make an egg on the end step before your turn every rotation or sooner if you have to. People probably won't fall for it but if someone attacks and Atla Palani, Nest Tender is untapped, tap her in order to make an egg and block with that instead.

There are cards like Ashnod's Altar , Phyrexian Altar , Portcullis Vine will let you sacrifice an egg in order to gain other benefits on top of the free creature you'll get. Marauding Raptor can do this as well since it essentially hatches your eggs for as soon as they ETB. It doesn't give you anything else for hatching it but it does make your other creatures cheaper and could potentially become a bigger threats if it kills enough tokens during your turn.

Cards like Seedborn Muse , Nesting Dragon , and Anointed Procession help you make more eggs faster.

Then you can either just wait for someone to have to swing at you or cast one of the wrath of god spells included to erase everyone else's board and replace all of your eggs with bigger threats.

The main win conditions for this deck are going wide using cards like Overwhelming Stampede or Mirror Entity , attacking using the flyers you hopefully got from cracking eggs, or trying to knock one player out on your next turn each time you cast a wrath and replace your board. This hinges on whether or not your opponents are able to put down any blockers before this happens of course. Perhaps some cards with passive abilities to give my creatures haste could be added to in the future to improve on the last strategy.

mirror entity serves a double purpose in that it's a threat but is also an egg due to changeling, so it will replace itself if killed while atla palani is on the board. Taurean Mauler is another changeling that is included and also Maskwood Nexus which give all of your creatures changeling, so as long as atla palani in on the board all of your creatures will replace themselves if killed.

A lot of the threats in this deck are angels just because it's what I had on hand and thought it would be fun to answer the age old question "do angels come from eggs" (hint: They do now), but there are other big threats like Iroas, God of Victory and zetapla. primal dawn to help you close out the game.

It's been a fun deck so far and I'm sure there are improvements that could be made but this is what i was able to build with what I had on hand.
