This is the cEDH UPS version of my Urza ahem "Causal" list. The idea is to have both lists on deck, switching them out depending on the playgroup. You know, it feels bad to bring an Urza cEDH list to a casual table. Anyway, here it is; pretty standard stuff. Control the board while looking for a way to assemble Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal or Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith ( Grim Monolith and Power Artifact are strictly better, but they are pricy). Once you have infinite mana, dump it all into Urza until you can draw your whole deck with Sensei's Divining Top . There is a multitude of win cons from there. Thassa's Oracle or copying Isochron Scepter with Sculpting Steel , imprinting [Narset's Reversal], to cast infinite overloaded Cyclonic Rift s are a few examples.

You'll notice there are a few other cards missing due to their price tag ([The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale] and [Transmute Artifact]), but they are largely irrelevant to the general UPS strategy.
