Things You Can Do With the Infinite Mana Loops and a Panharmonicon Out:

Any of the loop enablers:

• Sacrifice Voice of Resurgence before starting the loop, then keep getting it back out of the graveyard along with Saffi. Infinite number of infinitely large elemental tokens.

With Sun Titan, Reveillark or Karmic Guide:

• Remove all counters from Spike Feeder so it goes into your graveyard before starting the loop. Start the loop and keep getting back Saffi and Spike Feeder to put an infinite number of +1/+1 counters on all of your other creatures and/or gain infinite life.
• Sacrifice Reclamation Sage before starting the loop. Start the loop and keep getting back Reclamation Sage and Saffi. Blow up everyone else's artifacts and enchantments.
• Do the same thing, but with Fiend Hunter. Stack the triggers so the second trigger refers to an instance of Fiend Hunter that's since gone to the graveyard. Exile everyone else's creatures.
• Same thing again, but with Eternal Witness to put your entire graveyard back into your hand.

Things You Can Do With the Infinite Colored Mana Loop:

• Have Bramble Sovereign out while you're looping and make an infinite number of token copies of the sacrifice enabler or any other creature you may have out.
• Keep sacrificing creatures for better creatures if Evolutionary Leap is out.
• Put an infinite number of counters on all of your creatures with Shalai, Voice of Plenty.

Miscellaneous:

• If you have Archangel of Thune out while executing one of the loops that gains infinite life, you can also put an infinite number of counters on all of your creatures.
• Infinite mana loop + Spawning Pit also out (or already loaded up with infinite counters) = Infinite 2/2 Spawn artifact creature tokens
• Spike Feeder + Archangel of Thune = Infinite life. Use the infinite life from this or the other methods with Aetherflux Reservoir to burn everybody out.
• Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest = the ol' infinite squirrels combo. Sacrifice Academy Rector and use Saffi's ability to immediately assemble the combo.
