Reyav, Master Smith
Legendary Creature — Dwarf Artificer
Whenever a creature you control that's enchanted or equipped attacks, that creature gains double strike until end of turn.

I think the first thing to do is lose Teleportation Circle and Nahiri's Resolve. You don't actually have any enter battlefield effects that could use them, so the only thing they can do is de-equip your artifacts, which happens when they leave the battlefield. Offspring wouldn't work with it as that happens during casting.
Also Hammer of Purphoros seems like an expensive way to get haste, and I don't know when you would want a 3/3 golem from it. Similarly Ring of Thune looks cheap and good, but realistically wont have the time to put that many counters on things (it's more suited to a +1 counter/proliferate deck). Sword of the Squeak Is in a bit of the same boat, you only have about 5 1/1 creatures... so it goes best if you are generating tokens that make it work.
There are a few staples of equipment/aura decks that you're missing, Siguarda's Aid being the big one. Quite a few of them are creatures like Reyav, Master Smith, but we're trying to stick with the mouse theme so stuff like Brass Squire can help things work and looks significantly more mousy.
Another one is the Sword of series, the big one being Sword of Feast and Famine but I feel like you've already gone through them (be sure to remember that protection from red/white will remove your own enchantments). A moderate staple is also Shadowspear just because it lets you pierce hexproof and indestructible when you need to, on top of just being good and cheap equipment. The world of equipment is very wide.
I'm not seeing a huge amount of card draw, which means you will often be sitting there playing your one card per turn and losing agency in the game because of it. Puresteel Paladin (sadly not a mouse) is one of the big equipment draw cards, but I've found 10 sources of card draw to be good, meaning you should have at least one by turn 3 (even if you don't play it until later). I'm also fond of effects like Collector's Vault and Cathartic Reunion, which may be card neutral, but are reasonably cheap and let you play the right cards instead of just the cards you have.

Hello fellow Wyleth, Soul of Card Draw player!
I'm glad you got both Wyleth's and Aesi's precons for a good price. They are reeeeally explosive in gameplay with a few upgrades.
I play a lot of this bad boy, and I want to suggest some swaps below 3 USD for you to take it to a higher ground:
First of all, the ramp. I found out that 2 CMC, untapped ramp is the best for Wyleth. Since he draws so many cards, he can chain rocks and voltron pieces in the same turn, so his next turn is even more explosive than the last one. I almost always have more mana than the Green decks in my pod.
- Oreskos Explorer -> Dowsing Dagger Flip (you can get this to flip easily on turn 4)
- Kor Cartographer (too slow) -> Arcane Signet
- Emeria Shepherd (Voltron decks need a REALLY good reason to run cards above 3 mana in their builds) -> Starnheim Courser (this allows you to storm out of control. It is another body to voltron if needed)
- Keeper of the Accord (the token is irrelevant for you and, with Wyleth's card draw, you won't be behind in land drops) -> Talisman of Conviction
You should run boardwipes that hits your stuff the least:
- Tragic Arrogance (no need to destroy your own stuff) -> The Eternal Wanderer's ult
- Disenchant -> Heliod's Intervention
- Ironclad Slayer (we'll compensate him in the landbase) -> Vandalblast
Also, you can streamline your removal package. All of those are fetchable by Sunforger:
- Wear / Tear (good removal, but you already have more flexible options) -> Reprieve (that's one hell of a card to fetch out with Sunforger)
- Hyena Umbra (still vulnerable to exile and bounce effects) -> Blacksmith's Skill (all-around protection)
More/better auras and equipment
-
Temur Battle Rage is a cute combat trick, but Battle Mastery is permanent and triggers Wyleth.
-
Same to Reyav, Master Smith: one thing I've learned is to only rely on other card types for things Auras and Equipments can't do. All That Glitters, most of the time, performs better than him.
-
Infuriate -> Thran Power Suit (same reason as above)
-
Adeline, Resplendent Cathar (lost to her yesterday, but she does not give value here) -> Empyrial Armor (Wyleth gets huge with this)
-
Kor Duelist -> Empyrial Plate (same as above)
- Gimli's Axe -> Maul of the Skyclaves
- Argentum Armor (too expensive to cast) -> Mirror Shield (hexproof is crucial on a Voltron build)
Cheating equip costs
- Brass Squire (having to wait a turn to use his ability is rough) -> Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist
- Kemba, Kha Regent (too slow for a Voltron build) -> Bruenor Battlehammer
If you really need to protect yourself against attacks, Ghostly Prison is a way better Palace Guard.
More utility lands
- Minas Tirith (Wyleth draws enough cards already. Also, most of the time, you will only have a single creature on the field) -> Axgard Armory (tutor on a land)
- Plains -> Sejiri Shelter Flip (a protection spell stapled onto a land)
- Mountain -> Buried Ruin (Ironclad Slayer's removal is avenged!)
- Plains -> Mistveil Plains (it can return instants back to the deck to be fetched again by Sunforger)
- Mountain -> Great Furnace (synergy with All That Glitters and Puresteel Paladin)
- Plains -> Ancient Den (same as above)

Reyav, Master Smith, Vryn Wingmare, Wall of Denial, Gaea's Revenge, Hurkyl's Recall, Phyrexian Colossus, Shared Fate, Unmask, Eidolon of the Great Revel, Catastrophe, Kalamax, the Stormsire. Are all missing "The List" alteration. The linked printings are all the correct printings.

Conventional wisdom is 36-38 lands is where you wanna be. I almost always do 36.
I would cut Reckless Crew, Rune of Sustenance and Rune of Speed.
One thing I thought of, when putting my list together, is that creatures with doublestrike are extra good because of the damage bonus Bruenor gives. Reyav, Master Smith helps with that, but it's only one card. In the maybeboard of my deck I listed a bunch of doublestrikers. I think Mirran Crusader, Aven Sunstriker, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, Blade Historian, Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder, Boros Swiftblade, Heavenly Blademaster, Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas, Skyhunter Skirmisher, and Oketra the True are some stand-outs. It's hard to fit them all in but a few might be good.
I really like your selection of creatures though! Got all the good ones. Nice and cheap, too. Swiftblade Vindicator is an excellent inclusion.
Well I'll be a Bearded Gnome is my deck

This is something that I only witnessed across the table, but it's too good not to share.
We were playing some casual 5 player commander, with me on Reyav, Master Smith, and my opponents on Marwyn, the Nurturer, Nethroi, Apex of Death, Blim, Comedic Genius, and Otrimi, the Ever-Playful/Umori, the Collector-creatures. This pre-HBer ban, and the Otrimi player has a commanding boardstate with both Opposition Agent and Hullbreacher. The Blim player has a Steel Golem, though, and he gets it through--shutting the Otrimi player out of the game entirely for about 5 turns till he gets a Murderous Rider off.
This Sultai player is one of the most level-headed people I know, but he kept shaking his head and saying "dude, I'm on all creatures..."

It was perhaps among the saddest days of my life when I decided to cut Verdurous Gearhulk from my ever-more-powerful Atla Palani, Nest Tender deck. But in the end, I decided that beautiful card from one of my favorite set wasn't enough to counterbalance the mechanical weakness of it--IN THAT DECK, specifically. However, I bought a Vance's Blasting Cannons Flip to go in my Reyav, Master Smith deck (a decidedly sillier one than Atla), purely for the art and for the fact that it came from another of my favorite sets.
But I digress--um... actually I have no clue where I'm going with this.

Seeing this deck takes me back. Uril was the second Commander deck I ever built.
Have you considered running Flickering Ward ? You wouldn't really want to put it on Uril unless you are naming Blue or Black because if you name the color of some of your other auras then they will fall off due to the protection effect, but it can help protect your other utility creatures and gives you a way to repeatedly trigger your enchantress creature effects.
Reyav, Master Smith and Koll, the Forgemaster are some newer creatures that also give some useful effects to aura voltron strategies. An alternative to Reyav that isn't as vulnerable to wrath effects is Duelist's Heritage , which can also be a political tool that lets you give an opponent's creature that is attacking another opponent double strike.
