Glorybringer
Creature — Dragon
Flying, haste
You may exert Glorybringer as it attacks. When you do, it deals 4 damage to target non-Dragon creature an opponent controls.

Sorry but creaturelands becoming creatures dont enter the battlefield they just become creatures, thus not triggering TotP. Some alternatives might be: Goldspan Dragon or Glorybringer

I like this concept a lot, and from the look of the list it feels very easy to assemble.
My only thought is that there has to be more obnoxious permanents to cast for 5 mana… you’re not restricted by colour so you can just put any egregious nonsense into play pretty easily. Imo Titania, Protector of Argoth is only really any good in a deck running fetchlands.
I had a quick look through gatherer and the following might be worth considering:
-
Demigod of Revenge is hyper aggressive and can mess with your opponents ability to kill your board.
-
Fury (and maybe Solitude) feels like a solid ways to apply pressure and mess with the opponent.
-
Doom Whisperer rigs your deck so that are always drawing gas. It also works great with the before-mentioned Demigod of Revenge.
-
Dragonlord Ojutai is a resilient threat if you’re local meta has a lot of killspells.
-
Garruk, Primal Hunter wins most grindy games just through being a value engine. In a similar vein Teferi, Hero of Dominaria can provide you a lot of advantage if you can keep it alive.
-
Glorybringer is stronk but might not be stronk enough for the effort to get him into play
-
Sheoldred Flip probably auto-wins by itself if you can flip her
-
Keruga, the Macrosage draws you all the cards.

Since you mentioned you're pretty on a budget, most of these (at least according to my knowledge) are at or under a dollar.
For some cheap angels- Angel of Finality, Resplendent Marshal, Angel of the Ruins, and Angel of Serenity.
For some cheap dragons- Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, Terror of Mount Velus, Piru, the Volatile, and Glorybringer.
For demons- Infernal Sovereign, Dreadfeast Demon, Overseer of the Damned, Nightmare Shepherd, Abhorrent Overlord, and Indulgent Tormentor.

If i were to from the hip to a 1-1 translation from pokemon to MTG
Trainers would be planswalkers
arenas would be enchantments
Evolution would be the mutate mechanic
resistance would probably be a spin off of ward... so probably the oppostite for weakness?.... " spells cost more or less to target this creature" or something like that?
because damage weres off i dont see the point of retreat cost?
Just gimmie a charizard that is essentially a Glorybringer with ward for spells and id be happy.

Crown of Horns
Creature - Minotaur Berserker
Haste
You may exert Crown of Horns as it attacks. When you do, it gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
Enrage - Whenever Crown of Horns is dealt damage, you may sacrifice it. If you do, destroy target creature with mana value equal to or less than Crown of Horn's power.
Most Minotaur sport a single pair of horns. On occasion, a dual pair. But there is a rare royal bloodline that wears a crown so sharp and twisted that even Mogis fears an uprise from among them.
4/3
:D 2 for 1!
The Enrage ability is tricky. If exerted, it becomes a 6/5. In order for Enrage to take effect, it must be dealt damage. However, if it is dealt lethal damage, it isn't on the battlefield to be sacrificed. So it actually needs to SURVIVE the damage, then you sacrifice it.
Tricky, tricky cows, man.
Make a Centaur Knight because I find it hilarious, the idea of a Centaur mounting a horse and charging into battle with a lance, lmao

to_regatha_and_beyond Glorybringer is way, way too expensive for this deck. I've only seen this deck hit it's fifth land on games that go very long, and even rarely then. There's only 16 basic lands in here, and 4 Spikefield Hazard Flip that can act as lands in a bind. Plus, Glorybringer doesn't synergize with the Guttersnipe effects the deck is built around and only works if they have a creature in their yard. In the perfect game, you would spend all your damage spells directly on them (you only target creatures when necessary). Thanks for checking the deck out!

Wow, nice deck!
You would know it better than I would, so maybe I'm wrong about this, but would Glorybringer work as a finisher of sorts? I would put it in if this were my deck.
