Heck's bells, it's a Grixis demon deck, featuring everyone's fave denizen of swampy hecks everywhere, Sol'kanar the Swamp King.

The goal of this deck is for me to feel METAL AS HECK while playing the cards. Sol Ring? NOT METAL ENOUGH. Mana Crypt and Grim Monolith? * metal face intensifies *

Burnished Hart is in because the demons need a sacrificial deer, not because I couldn't find a land ramp spell half as good in these colors. Nosirree.

The basic idea of the deck: draw cards, play some ramp, keep the board clear, play some demons, try not to die to those demons because oh my God they like taxing my life total for card advantage. Sol'Kanar's life gain ability is unexpectedly good! And Whip of Erebos whips those muscular demon dudes into line, so there's less net life loss.

If I get really motivated, I'll figure out a heavy metal leitmotif for each of the demons, and play a snippet as I cast them. Taking suggestions in the comments!
