Vampire tribal Aristocrats in Mardu led by Edgar Markov, designed to play reasonably well in a casual environment (~7/10) while still maintaining a strong focus on flavor and theme.

In most situations, Vampiric Tutor or Diabolic Intent will be used to fetch Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos . If either enchantment is already on board, the next best target is often Teysa Karlov .

Of course, the primary wincon is indiscriminate killing to trigger Blood Artist / Falkenrath Noble / Bloodchief Ascension / Vicious Shadows --all of which work with Teysa Karlov .

Keeping your opponents' boards clear will help your vampires swing in for chump damage until they get some good buffs from Edgar Markov , Necropolis Regent , and/or Lord of Lineage , which can make even the weeniest of tokens into a real threat.

A must-answer-immediately situation for your opponents is if you get Blade of Selves equipped to Malakir Bloodwitch ... or even Fiend of the Shadows , if you don't mind getting a little mean...
