Steal your opponent creatures textboxes, borrow your creatures textboxes, any way Phoebe profits. There are some combos you can get going with the right stolen/borrowed textboxes.

With inifinite mana i can kill everyone with Torment of hailfire or exanguinate, or mill everyone out with Duskmantle guildmage or Mindshrieker. Elusive Tormentor and Invisible stalker gives Phoebe protection and evasion that can not be removed with artifact or enchantment removal.

Cavern Harpy and Conjurer's closet allows me to bounce creatures, giving them new textboxes.

Other than that theres some recursion, disruption, removal and protection. Any suggestions are gladly accepted.

Considering adding some ninjas to the deck. increasing the uses of Invisible stalker, Elusive tormentor and Baleful strix.

--6/2-- Swapped out ensoul artefact with march of the machines. added one more rock that taps for two colorless. Endbringer seems to be a nice utlitycreature to borrow abilites from.

--2/6-- I have now played a couple of games with the deck, and its fun. Phoebe is a pretty cool commander, due to these games though the deck is currently going through quite a lot of editing. The deck draws too few cards, meaning you end up just hitting lands way to often when you need something more, this coupled with the fact that pili-pala way to often ends up being a dead draw has lead to me including oracles insight, i love the artwork and it seems like it might be quite helpfull, i've also included blue suns zenith,(because i have one) and Lu Xun. Currently looking at going heavier on milling (like Dimir decks often do), and i'm going to test bloodchief ascension, mind grind,traumatize and keening stone. This also gives duskmantle guildmage something more to do besides being a wincon with infinite mana. Trepanation blade seems like a nice little piece of equipment to include, it can lead to phoebe hitting damn hard, and also give Elusive tormentor and invisible stalker something else to do when Phoebe is chillning in the command zone (or graveyard). My playgroup contains a Meren player (and i also have a Alesha deck), so to have some graveyard disruption i have added Dimir doppleganger, Undead Alchemist and eater of the dead. Eater of the dead seems like a funky card here since he seems to have some nice synergies with the deck. if he's enchanted with oracles insight he can keep scrying and draving cards as long as there are creatures in a graveyard, and if phoebe borrows his textbox while also borrowing paladium myr or magus of the coffers texbox(or some other dorks textbox) you can genereate an impressive amount of mana, if Phoebe is packing both Eater and Sirens textbox and a way to tap there is a possibility i might be able to mill a player or two out and keep everyone else's hand empty of cards. Phenax off course goes hand in hand with eater of the dead.
