This originally began as a Lazav, Dimir Mastermind deck all about Copying, Cloning & Stealing. I found that I was milling opponents much more effectively that copying a few creatures.

Neat Moves

{UB} Milling

The target board state is to get Eater of the Dead out around turn 5-7, hopefully you have milled a few creatures into graveyards by that time. Once Eater gets on the board with Phenax, tap to mill an opponent for 4, then exile a creature from a graveyard to untap Eater, lather, rinse and repeat. To mill out an opponent they only need to have @ 20 creatures.

The order you do things is important once Eater is out, as there are 3 Creatures that want to copy things in graveyards: Lazav , Cemetery Puca & Dimir Doppelganger. There is some targeted removal to ensure that specific creatures go to the graveyard so that you can copy them.

There are also creatures that grow or gain abilities based on the cards/creature count in graveyards: Consuming Aberration , Necrotic Ooze , Nighthowler & Wight of Precinct Six.

Freed from the Real on King Macar, the Gold-Cursed, you can go infinite if Phenax is on the board until your opponents have no creatures yet.

This deck is not about attacking, hopefully you can get out Ensnaring Bridge or Silent Arbiter to keep yourself alive.

Brainspoil can Transmute for Eater of the Dead .
Perplex can Transmute for either Rhystic Study or Phyrexian Arena.
Vampiric Tutor can get your anything.

Obviously milling is your Wincon here. The boss is Eater of the Dead.

Without Eater on the board, you can still build up Consuming Aberration or Wight of Precinct Six to a high Toughness and tap them to mill an opponent or attack against a weaker one. When you go for broke, tap the largest creatures first, then if you are not being interrupted you can sacrifice them to Altar of Dementia to get double milling.

Another Wincon is damage, and your value engine is Bloodchief Ascension. If this can stay on the board long enough to get its counters, one of you big Sorceries will kill an opponent.
