My take on Nekusar, the mindrazer

This deck is based around the effect of drawing and discarding cards with applications on either.

The deck wants to get ahead using small mana rocks, wheel and disrupt the opponents important spells while getting ahead using the draw the deck naturally gives to all players.

Usually the deck wins through Mind Over Matter and Temple Bell combo or simply "pinging" your opponents to death with Nekusar and similar effects.

In the deck there is a lock implimented with Nekusar, the Mindrazer and Elder Mastery which more or less lets you lock the game.
