Commander: Progenitus

Kingdom Hearts flavored EDH deck.

Reasons for various cards:

Equipment are all Keyblades of some kind. I could probably find specific ones to call them, but I haven't put quite that much thought into it.

Cloud Key is following the theme of Keyblades.

Defense of the Heart is exactly what it sounds like: Defending the Heart.

Door to Nothingness is the Door to Light.

Legacy Weapon is the X-blade.

Skyship Weatherlight is the Gummi Ship.

Sora: Ruhan of the Fomori. I see Sora as White and Red, potentially with a bit of blue mostly for his name. Ruhan, being a powerful WuR warrior that loves Keyblades, fit well.

Riku: Athreos, God of Passage. Riku is a balance of Black and White, as it Athreos. They both exist between light and dark and use both.

Kairi: Jasmine Boreal. Redhead human that doesn't do anything special. I definitely see Kairi as Green and White, and this do-nothing Legend fit perfectly.

Donald: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. Donald is Blue and White, and a Bird, and a Wizard. It was this or Kangee, so I went with the one that might be slightly more relevant.

Goofy: Adun Oakenshield. Goofy I see as Green and Red. Oakenshield has a shield. It was the best fit on a Legend, so I went with it.

Ventus: Aurelia, the Warleader. Ventus is RW like Sora. He's low power, but high speed, and is related to the wind and sky. So, flying, haste, multiple combats, low power... Seems to fit like a glove.

Aqua: Lavinia of the Tenth. Aqua is definitely Blue of some sort. Lavinia is a soldier, much like our Keyblade master, with a lot of self-discipline and controlling aspects.

Terra: Zurgo Helmsmasher. Tempted by Black, but still a Red and White warrior. He's fast and man does he hit hard.

King Mickey: Brago, King Eternal. White, and a king. It was this or Brimaz, King of Oreskos, but I wasn't a huge fan of representing a mouse with a cat.

Roxas: Hikari, Twilight Guardian. Perfect fit as far as the name goes, even if the card doesn't do much in the deck.

Namine: Jace, Memory Adept. She controls memories. But of course. I could see Mind Sculptor here, too.

Xion: Karn Liberated. Manufactured, colorless, Nobody, part of a much greater whole, and very powerful when liberated.

Lea: Akroma, Angel of Fury. Need I say more? They burn everything.

Arcanis, Teferi, and Venser: Master Eraqus, Merlin, and Yen Sid, in no particular order. They all feel very blue to me, so I went with powerful Wizards.

Fire: Inferno Titan and Starstorm (also Pyroblast somewhat).

Blizzard: Frost Titan and Flashfreeze (also Hydroblast, somewhat).

Thunder: Thundermaw Hellkite and Lightning Bolt.

Cure: Soulfire Grand Master, Sun Titan, and to some extent the removal like Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile.

Reflect: Deflecting Palm.

Progenitus is the commander that best represents the strive for balance among Light, Dark, and all the rest.

The rest is mostly just rounding out the deck with ramp, removal, and a bit of goodstuff (Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant).
