A pretty budget-friendly build of Kess, Dissidant Mage. She shines the best in 1v1 matches, but can hold her own in a group. Extremely focused on control, winning with card advantage, the premiere cards being Arguel's Blood Fast  , Pull from Tomorrow, and Mind Twist.

Fun interactions include using either Windfall, Reforge the Soul, or Dack Fayden in combination with Notion Thief in order to completely blow away your opponents hand whilst making yours unbeatable.

Non-budget inclusions would be cards such as Force of Will, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Snapcaster Mage, Demonic Tutor, Mana Crypt, as well as a greatly improved mana base.
