Captain Sissay tribal legendaries is a deck i've wanted to build since i started commander, but i am lazy, and then planeswalkers were changed to legendaries and Sissay spiked, and i was sad. Then dominaria was spoiled, and she spiked again. However this time wizards graced me with a card that gave legendaries +2/+2 and a card that returns all my legends in the grave to the field. However they are black white, and Sissay is green white. So my boy Karador is stepping in to save the day. The deck also has the option to do what i call cascade commander. You can shuffle in your commander and reveal cards until you hit an abzan legendary and you can play that instead! Game plan is easy play sick value legendaries and be happy.
