It's surprisingly easy to get Sissay to 9. Day of Destiny , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite , and Heroes' Podium for a few. But I agree on Wilderness Reclamation and Selvala, Explorer Returned for sure.

Brutal_B: Thanks for the suggestions. I do particularly like Day of Destiny for the power boost. Unfortunately I do not have any 5 color permanents in my deck for Spirit of Resistance to be useful and the reason I do not have legendary lands like Eiganjo is because I value having a more consistent mana base to activate Sisay over utility.

I started puting together 5 color legendary tribal led by Jodah, Archmage Eternal and these are a couple cards I have included that I don't see on your list: Eiganjo Castle Day of Destiny Dragon Arch As Foretold Spirit of Resistance . A few to think about

Ancient Animus is effectively removal.

Blackblade Reforged is wicked scary.

Captain Sisay is a must.

Champion's Helm is pretty badass- a second Swiftfoot Boots with a buff rather than haste.

Day of Destiny is not bad.

Heroes' Podium is much better.

In Bolas's Clutches may not be bad.

Depending on your mana situation, Kamahl's Druidic Vow might be insane.

Loyal Retainers could be cool.

Mox Amber is not a terrible mana rock.

Primevals' Glorious Rebirth is a whole lotta value.

Reki, the History of Kamigawa would draw so many cards.

Time of Need is a 2-mana tutor.

Urza's Ruinous Blast is a one-sided board wipe.

First and foremost, a typical EDH deck wants around 37 lands (ish), so you can trim down some of those (I'd suggest the deserts, unless you think those might fit your final theme).

I think Day of Destiny is good in a dedicated Legendary Creature deck, which this certainly isn't (you've got a mix of archetypes, and it might be possible to support a little bit of each of them).

Is Ring of Three Wishes on theme? If not, I don't think you need it here. Honor's Reward doesn't do too much, and has an abzan symbol. Psychic Sprial is a niche card that probably doesn't accomplish much here. Rally the Ancestors has flavor text from an abzan dude, and Youthful Scholar has a sultai watermark, the Dazzling Ramparts has an abzan watermark, and Shockmaw Dragon has a Kolaghan one. I'd say all of those are cuts.

I know that's not much, but keep cycling it as you narrow down what you want your deck to do!

Hmm, if you're running "legendary tribal," you might do well to make room for Heroes' Podium and Day of Destiny . Likewise, Champion's Helm is a great piece of equipment (while Sword of the Chosen and Hero's Blade aren't bad.) It's definitely not a budget option, but if you can afford it, Loyal Retainers would be a superb inclusion.

savagetrooper Day of Destiny while pretty on theme just doesn't feel like it does enough. It compares unfavorably with things like Thistledown Liege, True Conviction, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, and Marshal's Anthem. Anthem effects need to be either cheap or do something else, a la Spear of Heliod. Thanks for the suggestion though, it has me thinking about tinkering with the deck.

As for bolas's clutches, it's the cost that turns me off mostly. Also, I'm not a huge fan of controlling other people's creatures. Something I can take can just as easily be Swords to Plowshares away. Strong effect though, if the theme here was more using people's resources against them, it would be a great card.
