Just posting my current gitrog list :) local group likes to play some powerful decks so this is mine :D let me know if there are any changes you guys would make.

Reasons to play The Gitrog Monster: You like the most convoluted of combos you enjoy death one life point at a time you enjoy playing your commander! You enjoy serving the hypnotoad (hint: you do)

In terms of combos, the main gitrog line of gitrog + discard outlet + dakmor salvage = a win a variety of spells are used to generate infinite mana including dark/cabal ritual and crop rotation

Having 2 creatures on the field lets you crop rotation loop gaea's cradle into infinite green mana, with crop rotation on the stack you have to shuffle your graveyard back in using the eldrazi titan.

Some neat little tricks include winning through the cleanup step which allows you to win after a resolved silence.

Another neat piece of information is that Necropotence is a trigger, so you can dredge cards you discard before they get exiled, leaving them in hand.
