This is my first EDH deck and I would like all the feed back I can get. Currently the plan is to play cards like Nekusar, the Mindrazer, and Underworld Dreams, then Wheel and Deal away. I have read up on a fair number of decks and would love some card recommendations.

Currently the goal is to do damage with card draw. Right now I am not focusing on the discard, accept for Waste Not.

Lets start with how I do damage via card draw.
