The goal of this deck is to get Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix out, preferably with haste, then to draw lots of cards at once so she can generate lots of mana. The deck has many wheel effects to draw cards quickly. Vial Smasher the Fierce is the Partner commander simply to have access to black and red spells. With the mana from Kydele, you can then cast many artifacts and casts spells with {X} for very large X. Untap effects will allow you to get even more mana from Kydele, then you can win with Comet Storm, Laboratory Maniac, or Psychosis Crawler.
