Welcome to the deck that I call, Everything Tribal! Is this deck trying to do too much? I dunno. You tell me.

Yep. You might have taken a peek at the decklist before coming here and you might have been very confused. Well, here's the method to the madness; what you don't yet know, and what your opponents won't know is that your real commander is Mirror Entity .

That's right. First, you'll notice that our commander, General Tazri , is really just a five mana tutor for Mirror Entity , which could be worse, given the fact that Mirror Entity isn't that useful in the earlygame.

Next, you'll notice that This bad boy grants all of our creatures changeling. That is, they each have all creature types until end of turn. Because of this, I added in all the best cards from all the best tribes, and there you have it; Everything Tribal!

The thing about Mirror Entity , is that it benefits off of having a lot of mana to activate its ability, and it benefits off of having a lot of creatures to use its ability on. If you've got good token generation and lots of mana, you should be a force to be reckoned with.

Mirror Entity pairs particularly well with Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive or Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa . No matter how large your creatures are, you can pay 1 into Mirror Entity to turn them all into unblockable creatures. Then, depending on how much mana you have left over, you can use its ability again before damage to make all your creatures huge.

If you want to get a little funky with some infinite combos, all you need is Mirror Entity , an Ashnod's Altar and either one of Bishop of Wings , Rotlung Reanimator , or Xathrid Necromancer (preferably multiple).

What you do is you pay 1 into Mirror Entity to turn all of your creatures into changelings, then, with a Rotlung Reanimator out for example, sacrifice one of your unimportant creatures and generate 2 mana. Rotlung Reanimator triggers and gets you a 2/2. Pay 1 mana to turn your creatures into changelings, and repeat this process, sacking the creature you just created, netting 1 mana each time. If you're having trouble finding things to put your infinite mana into, just turn your creatures into 1,000,000,000/1,000,000,000s with changeling. That should do it.

Things also get interesting when you replace the token producers of this world with Atla Palani, Nest Tender . Keep cycling cards from the top of your library until you get the creature you want!

I've never tried to make a commander deck based around a secret commander before, and from my limited playtesting experience, I think the idea is cool and actually viable. Can't wait till these corona times are over, and I can surprise my playgroup with this one!
Feel free to comment, and tell me what you think! I know the manabase could use some work, but I'll focus on that later.

I've also realized that to keep my secret commander around, I'm going to need some recursion to get him back from the grave.
