Don't play Karoo, Sunlit Marsh, Goldmire Bridge and The Fair Basilica.
Instead play Shambling Vent, Isolated Chapel, Caves of Koilos, Silverquill Campus, Shineshadow Snarl, Orzhov Basilica, Brightclimb Pathway Flip, Fetid Heath.
Shaile, Dean of Radiance Flip has no real synergy with your deck. Replace it with Bygone Bishop, which is a good Cleric
This type of decks is usually called "Aristocrats". If you really want to be a sacrifice deck, you should add additional cards that trigger whenever a creature dies, such as Sanguinary Priest, Rotlung Reanimator, Blood Artist or Cruel Celebrant.

You have a good start having a plan that plays to the tribes strengths and is not just a tribal mishmash, it is even on theme for clerics.
Maybeboard: There are a few creatures that should be taken off the maybe board like Moon-Blessed Cleric for tutoring powerful enchantments. You have some straight up more powerful lifegain creatures like Righteous Valkyrie and Soul's Attendant sitting on the sideline, these should be main decked immediately. Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is amazingly powerful and especially deadly with your commander out, he does it all, card draw, removal and sacrifice outlet. Rotlung Reanimator pairs very well with your commander I think, rewarding you even more for sacrifice and even though the tokens are zombies they do provide attackers, blockers and sacrifice fodder for some abilities.
Unspeakable Symbol is an excellent redundancy to go along with Vizkopa Confessor for adding a little more resilience to the win condition. This card also has some more subtle effects making it very interesting for multiplayer as it can target an opponent's creatures, letting you change combats and can be used for political favors.
Some new considerations: Selfless Spirit fits in very well with your commander and is easy to reoccur adding some real resilience to your clerics. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is obscene with your commander and in tribe as well. Speaker of the Heavens is not a major add but thought I would mention him as a decent token generator for your fleet. Pontiff of Blight is a decent cleric that can help grind out long games by transforming spells into burn spells with multiple extort triggers on cast, the amount of damage and lifegain over time is no joke.

Seeing the old Dark Supplicant + Scion of Darkness combo brought back some memories..!
I would suggest that you think about adding Rotlung Reanimator in your deck as well!!
Apart from the fact that they belonged together back in the day, imagine the army of Zombies that you will now have! Plus, you 'll protect your Demons from Diabolic Edict effects even further :-)

If I cast two Artificial Evolution on Rotlung Reanimator to change both "Zombie" and "Cleric" into "Rat", does it become a "Rat Rat" or just a "Rat"?

TheoryCrafter for the most part i agree and have cut most of what you suggested, however Selfless Spirit is a great board whip or spot removal savior that can keep coming back and Quintorius, Field Historian is gas since im hoping to reanimate lot (thus having cards leave the graveyard) will make a lot spirit tokens that become 4/2's which is not a small threat, Rotlung Reanimator and Xathrid Necromancer both make zombies and since many clerics are small they will die a lot of so i will have a good number of zombies and it can even be other cleric or human tokens that die/ are sacrificed to make the zombies. Drana is on the chopping block but i do want more reanimating stuff.

I love clerics, and this looks quite cool. Have you considered Rotlung Reanimator ? Even though saccing isn't your main thrust, Ayli kills off plenty of clerics for the incidental value to be worth it.
