Creature — Zombie Cleric
Whenever Rotlung Reanimator or another Cleric dies, put a 2/2 black Zombie creature token onto the battlefield.
Rotlung Reanimator Discussion

needs more cleric tribal - I'd ditch the backup Orzhov subtheme ( Basilica Screecher , Crypt Ghast , Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts , & Tithe Taker ) and probably the Regal Bloodlord for some cleric support: Akroma's Devoted , Battlefield Medic , Battletide Alchemist , and Daru Spiritualist come to mind for that. Edgewalker is a must for the colors, and I'd probably ditch the monuments and obilisk of urd for more clerics - Alms Collector and Bygone Bishop give decent card draw, Eight-and-a-Half-Tails , Giver of Runes and Mother of Runes offer amazing protection for your field. Frontline Medic and Selfless Spirit offer indistrucbablity for your own wipes. Sin Collector offers good andi-countermagic / tide-turner removal. High Priest of Penance is just amazing with the recusion this deck should have. Rotlung Reanimator turns all clerics into double duty sac fodder, and Priest of Forgotten Gods , Yawgmoth, Thran Physician , and Whisper, Blood Liturgist are more than happy to supply that role, with Skirsdag High Priest backing them up. and Weathered Wayfarer pulls the same job as Land Tax , but can fetch non-basics, and is a cleric.

Slivortal, another "free" spell worth considering is Priest of Gix . Though not as good as the 0cmc creatures because it requires you have mana open to cast it, it does have the added benefit of converting into . It's just a shame it's a human; looping it with Mikaeus would be sick.
I actually hadn't been thinking about using Carnifex Demon strictly to cancel Mikaeus, the Unhallowed 's counters; I'd been thinking to make a one-sided wipe. As I was typing that comment out, I remembered Mikaeus didn't grant undying to himself, thus was vulnerable to Carnifex counters. I want to use Hex Parasite in the deck anyway, both for flavor and mechanical reasons (nuke opponents' creatures while keeping mine around and making a massive Parasite to boot), so it seemed a logical way to keep Mikaeus up and running.
Thank you for spelling out the infinite combo to me. I was very short on sleep when I read your deck's description, so I couldn't really grasp what I was reading at that point in time. When first brainstorming for this deck, my first instinct was to go all in on the -1/-1 counter theme, including perhaps wither and infect, and I failed to notice how sweet Yawgmoth truly is. What's fun is that I was already considering some of the other elements of the combo for the deck ( Myr Sire , Rotlung Reanimator ). I also really like the idea of Archfiend of Ifnir , as it plays nicely with Yawgmoth's second ability, and spreads infection to my opponents.
My build will likely end up much less streamlined than yours, due to the fact that I want a heavy focus on flavor. For instance, while I'm sure there's nothing saying faeries can't seek compleation, I'll probably skip Bitterblossom because, while mechanically it's a strong fit, it just doesn't scream Phyrexia to me (the fact I don't own a copy is further deterrence, lol). I'll also be more inclined to use infect, which is rather surprising, given how much I usually dislike playing against infect decks... but a Phyrexian theme deck without at least Glistening Oil or Phyresis strikes me as lacking. Whether or not I try for a poison counter win remains to be seen, though.
Currently I'm looking at a list of 250+ cards; I spent last weekend moving and hadn't had time at all this week to tinker with my build. Once I get a chance to cull unnecessary jank and get to something a little more reasonable I'll link it and see what you think.

I hope the changes work out for you and worst case are at least faster. Ofcourse, Chainer is a bit mana heavy, but late game I don't see that as a problem.
Responding to your suggestions:
Kaya's Guile you might have a point. I'm not so sure on that one either yet, the card feels orzhov and feels like everything our deck wants, but it might be a bit underwhelming. Big chance it will get swapped out for another boardwipe, like Merciless Eviction But right now, it's a new card and I wanna see how it goes with it :)
Rotlung Reanimator Actually this on is really really good in our deck. It's not about the amount of clerics we play, it's more that for 3 mana we get 4 creatures :) One from itself, when it dies Teysa makes 1 spirit and the rotlung makes a zombie and when that one dies we get another spirit. With all the reanimation I run it's quite easy to play it again for value :)
Decree of Pain Totally agree with you, but last few games I constantly ended up without cards in my hand. I got so fucking fed up with it that I dumped the decree in and when fuck it. :D Probably goes out in time, but mid to late game it can provide a lot of value. Have WoG and Damnation in my binder as well.
Thanks for looking at my list! :)

A change log has been made for todays changes. I took your advice and removed Ravos and Whisper, adding in Chainer, Dementia Master and Nim Deathmantle instead. I also changed out some "dead" cards to better the deck I feel. Can always put them back if I want them XP
If you were looking to add Citadel and/or Aetherworks Marvel, I'd consider removing Kaya's Guile , Rotlung Reanimator , Decree of Pain . Kaya's Guile I'm not sure why its there. Instant speed "Exile Graveyards" and make people sac a creature? I honestly don't see you ever paying 6 mana to make a 1/1 and gain 4 life. There are better "exile graveyard" type effects. Sure, most of them do yours too, but if someon is about to win then whats worse? Even Leyline of the Void would be stronger I feel.
Decree of Pain, while it is card draw, is a feel bad at 8 mana. Even cycling only kills your creatures and draws you a single card.

firestorms90 Glad to see you found the list helpful! Carnifex and Hex Parasite are interesting, but Yawgmoth doesn't really have problems "counter-cancelling" Mikaeus because he can distribute -1/-1 counters to remove the +1/+1 counters generated by undying. In fact, Yawgmoth and Mikaeus go infinite with any non-human token generator (like Myr Sire or Rotlung Reanimator ). First you sacrifice the producer, which comes back and makes a token. Then you sac the token to reset undying, and it's infinite draw from there! Any 2 non-humans will combo off each other regardless of whether they make tokens (as two undying creatures can "take turns" resetting the other's counters).
Let me know your thoughts after some testing, I'd be interested in anything you'd have to say!

Apollo_Paladin Thank you for the compliment. I gave a look at your deck, and it gave me some ideas, specifically with Unearth . I know what you're thinking with Chromatic Lantern but I really like it as a little bit of an insurance policy to help maintain floating mana. I took your advice with moving Nova Cleric to the sideboard until I find something more cost effective for enchantment removal; so more updates to come. I also removed Dark Supplicant and the Scion of Darkness . It felt like unnecessary/cumbersome when more efficient means of sacrificing exist and adding another Coat of Arms seems like a better use of space.
So far my favorite combo that I have been playing around with involves sacrificing Selfless Spirit for 1-3 zombies tokens (courtesy of Rotlung Reanimator ), then tapping cleric tokens that Hanweir Militia Captain Flip provided to use Skirsdag High Priest and get 1-4 demon tokens, then using Unearth to put Selfless Spirit back into and ready to sac again for the next turn, and depending on how many Suture Priests are on field gaining 3-12 life for the low low cost of 1 mana, pending what is already on the field of course. Additionally, Coat of Arms really makes this a nasty combo.
