Creature — Goblin Warrior
Champion a Goblin (When this enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you remove another Goblin you control from the game. When this leaves the battlefield, that card returns to play.)
Whenever a Goblin you control deals combat damage to a player, you may put a 1/1 black Goblin Rogue creature token into play.

more one-card combos:
Search up Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , Lightning Crafter , then any Goblin sac outlet (too many to list), or anything that triggers off of etb or death ( Pashalik Mons / Boggart Shenanigans / Warteye Witch ). With a sac outlet, you get infinite damage from Lightning Crafter copies, and infinite of the sac effect (for example with Skirk Prospector , infinite red mana.
Moggcatcher fetching all three pieces on its own is pretty slow, requiring a full turn after you play it to use it, then still requiring an additional untap and activation. One way to use it is, EOT, fetch Kiki, copy Moggcatcher, fetch
with the copy, untap Kiki, Moggcatcher, and copy. Get a card with champion (adorementioned Lightning Crafter, or
using the Moggcatcher or the copy of Moggcatcher. Win
Another way is EOT get Sensation Gorger , then in response to upkeep trigger, get Goblin Recruiter . This has bonus of discarding everyone's hand. Then you draw any five gobs you want. In this case, you can go off with Kiki + Goatnapper + Shields/Wings/ Blades of Velis Vel for meme value (turn Kiki into a goat)
can achieve same speed because it is a sac outlet itself. EOT get Moggcatcher, untap, Moggcatcher gets Kiki, Kiki copies Moggcatcher, Moggcatcher copy gets Lightning Crafter.
In response to Champion trigger, Cateran Overlord gets Changeling Berserker , Berserker champions Kiki, then let Lightning Crafter champion trigger resolve, tucking Berserker (or just sac it), which brings Kiki back untapped. Now you have Kiki untapped, Crafter, and a sac outlet, which is enough to win.

Goblin Matron, Goblin Sledder, Reckless One and skirk fire marshall aren't modern legal, Blood Moon + Goblin King is a VERY good interaction, but not quite budget. you really need Lightning Bolt instead of Lightning Strike,Quest for the Goblin Lord is good too. for midrange budget i would go for b/r goblins because they have Frogtosser Banneret and Mad Auntie also play Goblin Grenade, you coeld play Boggart Mob and Goblin Bushwhacker for mana base, use Auntie's Hovel

Why Manic Vandal over Tuktuk Scrapper? I see it is 1 CMC less, but if you ran 4x Goblin Warchief like most legacy decks you could easily drop for 1-3 mana in most games, or just Vial it in. Plus, it won't go to the bottom of your deck with a ringleader drop pull.
Krenko, Mob Boss is a 1x staple for most decks now.
You don't see many decks in this format running Warren Instigator since it an RR and there are much rougher choices for a 2 drop for goblins I think like Mogg War Marshal, or obviously Goblin Piledriver.
I agree with the above comment that Goblin Grenade is not good in legacy. I do however, think a 1x Legion Loyalist is worth it to give your other goblins great buffs as a 1 drop, especially piledrivers.
Boggart Mob can get pretty out of control and lets you retrigger matrons and ringleaders with a sac mechanism like Goblin Sledder or as most decks run, 1x Skirk Prospector. This isn't a popular choice, but worth considering. I run it in my RB goblin deck, but thats for casual. The champion effect of Lightning Crafter has the same retrigger potential.
Frogtosser Banneret could help you reduce costs of some of your goblins just like a Goblin Warchief, but you have neither. I think these are important for tribal goblins (most run warchief over frogtosser for the haste/monored).
1-2x Ancient Tomb seems to have dropped off most top8 decklists, but I like running 2 in mine. I run Food Chain Goblins and dirty kitty though, so my mechanic is different (and more vulnerable, but faster) than vial gobs.
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker is nuts.
As for the sideboard, many people like running Krosan Grip if they splash with green. Also consider Thoughtseize. I also think that Blood Moon like stated above is great for MONORED in the sideboard if you choose to drop black. I think a 1x Goblin King is nice in the sideboard as well. Red Elemental Blast might help in the side as well.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden kind of seems like a slow gamble for the format.
Grenzo, Havoc Raiser is worth considering imo. I think 1x of him will start popping up in legacy decks.
I like and run 2x Ancient Tomb, but people who play gobs have mixed feelings about them.
Sparksmith used to be popular for larger removal, but he hurts like hell. Might save you against reanimator decks and the like since you get more than one use out of him, unlike Gempalm Incinerator.Looks like fun!

I've played B Goblins and R Goblins for ages. Been wanting to mix them for ages - seems like a lot of fun!
Marsh Flitter (for the theme of the deck) would be a great addition in helping the revolt trigger of Fatal Push for a low cost of sacrificing a Token, Festering Goblin or a Shambling Goblin and, perhaps, getting rid of a creature on the opponents side of the battlefield in the process. That is, of course, if you run 4x Shambling Goblin instead of 4x Festering Goblin; since Festering Goblin needs a legal target that can, accidentally, hit your own creatures if the opponent has none (there is no "may" in the the rules text) - whereas Shambling Goblin's ability fizzles if there is no legal target (if the opponent has no creatures the ability can't trigger).
However, there is a cheaper alternative in Nantuko Husk which can easily pump itself out of reach of various burn spells by sacrificing one or more creatures. Though it sadly isn't a goblin nor is "goblin" in its rules text :(
TIP: (If possible, wanted or necessary) - as you cast Boggart Mob aim its Champion ability at Boggart Harbinger as it will make Boggart Harbinger's ability trigger again as Boggart Mobb leaves the battlefield :)

Cut bump for more grenade if you can, although it is a cheaper Lava Spike. Running no black spells like Terminate in the sideboard mean the colour is pretty much not needed- spike jester is super fun, and I'd love to see lorwyn stlye Frogtosser Banneret/Boggart Mob/Scout's Warning type shenanigans but I feel like the concept needs some work- what are the key interactions and cards that make those colours neccesary? Fatal Push? Disenchant? Rise of the Hobgoblins/Mardu Ascendancy? It just feels a little thrown together, untested. Some of this is purely dedicated to rushing an opponent, and others to a more midrange strategy, but those parts haven't been chosen to work together. The card draw from a Phyrexian Arena would likely let you last better into the midgame than 3-4 turns spent protecting krenko from Path to Exile, especially running a little more lifegain from helix. Siege-Gang Commander would provide some spot removal for affinity and similar, and Voracious Dragon would let you close out a game if you can protect a board of goblins.
If you have failed to close out a game with a burn deck, that usually means you need a 'boom, I win' type card rather than one that grows over time, and anything that plans on growing over time needs to be removal-resistant. Cards reliant on your opponent not having wiped you are inadvisable, as are cards that trade 1-for-1 in these higher slots.

Very good BR goblin drops is the Earwig Squad
Earwig Squad turn 3 after attacking cast them for his prowl coasts, you see the full deck of your enemy and exile 3 cars (he can loose his wincondition)
