This is my fun mid-tier mono black commander deck. Kalitas provides a ton of value with lifelink, graveyard hate, and token production. The deck aims to draw lots of cards and power out strong bomby threats. Mono black excels at ramp when you've got a lot of swamps in play which helps play out the bombs and also gives access to expensive "answer anything" cards like Karn Liberated or Scour from Existence .
