This is a well-tuned Lord Windgrace deck. It's basically every real estate agent's wet dream (which is probably the best possible nickname for the deck). While it falls under Bracket 4 due to the number of Game Changers, it plays like a Bracket 3 deck due to needing multiple pieces to be on the board in order for the deck to do its thing and also having little to no protection for said pieces.

The primary win condition of the deck is the famed Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage combo. No, Vampire Hexmage isn't in the deck because creatures are far more vulnerable than lands. If you're extremely lucky, you can summon the famed tentacle monster on turn 4.

The second win con is using Scapeshift alongside Dryad of the Ilysian Grove to trigger the abilities of Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle and/or Sabotender. If done right, you can deal no less than 30 damage to either one player or to the whole table. To add even more to this, Ancient Greenwarden and Traveling Chocobo makes these trigger twice.

A cute interaction along this vein is Ghost Town with Burgeoning. Any time your opponents play a land, you can play said land and trigger any and all landfall abilities.

The third wincon is to generate a boatload of mana using the Dakmor Salvage loop with The Gitrog Monster and Skirge Familiar on the field then use Ominous Harvest to make everyone draw cards until they perish or use said mana to cast a very lethal Torment of Hailfire or Worldsoul's Rage (if you just want one person deleted from the table).

If all else fails, getting the deck's lieutenants onto the field - Titania, Protector of Argoth and Soul of Windgrace (a bit on-the-nose considering who the commander is) will (hopefully) help you close out games by either drawing cards or generating massive tokens.

Oh, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is just there to reload your graveyard into your library.
