Nice list! You make me want to try out Emergence Zone :). Here are a few thoughts I had when browsing your list:

• Your land count seems a bit low given you are a lands matter deck. Even with your low curve I would expect to see some more lands given your strategy.
• Similarly, I notice you are running several ramp cards that are not related to lands: cards like Chromatic Lantern, Birds of Paradise, Sylvan Caryatid and Llanowar Tribe might be better replaced with land-ramp alernatives such as Nature's Lore, Sakura-Tribe Elder and Green Sun's Zenith/Finale of Devastation + Dryad Arbor. That will maximize the amount of lands you have at your disposal and increase the synergy.
• You are running abundance but not Sylvan Library. Those 2 work wonders together. A bit pricey, but very strong, also with Oracle and Courser.
