This deck is definitely very gimmicky with how it wants to play. It is a Voltron Serra Deck, which is trying to self-mill cards to use Silas early to set up the board with value and ramp into Serra.

~So, the goal is self-mill artifacts, use Silas to recure them for ramp, Build into Serra with a strong board state with lots of Artifacts in play.~

The strategy is pretty inefficient and round about compared to what I could do. But I'd love some help in improving this list. Thanks!
