This is a Mono-Red () deck, that is overshadowed by Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant and should be approached with an air of caution. I constructed this with the intention of it to be lethal, and true to the nature of dragons.

Iconic Creature Archetypes

My concept is a Mono-Red () deck based around Dragons, using the really off-radar commander, Chiss-Goria, Forge Tyrant. Now, if you've ever ran an Affinity deck in Modern, you might have recognized the name from his Scale of Chiss-Goria and Tooth of Chiss-Goria. If I can establish the room I will make sure to add both of those cards. I intended this deck to be streamlined for maximum effeciency of concept, but the true commitment lies in the majesty of dragons. The very best of what I imagine a lizard ever wants to be, this deck is intentionally risky and meant to go for victory with overwhelming strength! Mechanically, other cards would suit the deck better so this list is a theme/gimmick type of constructions as a whole, and representative of a casually powered idea, with competitive capabilities. Enjoy!

  • Initially this deck was constructed around 2024, so my intent with the revisiting component is to reinforce themes that were already good, and provide more utility.

  • Major incorporated themes are going to include spell redirection, response/answer tactics, and land accountability.

  • I've needed a project to dump some creativity into lately, so I'm trying to revitalize my concept in early 2026.
