Niv Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity is the Plan B win-con with the "draw your library" approach. Plan A is getting the Dramatic Sceptre combo assembled and use Blue Sun's Zenith to draw your library with either Labman or Lab Jace on the field. Plan C is really Plan C-E with Plan F being Niv beats.. Plan C is the Ral Zarek/Expansion/Other copy spell combo and/or infinite casts with Sentinel Tower in play for pseudo storm wins.
