     I had wanted to build a Naya EDH deck for some time, but had never been able to decide on a Commander to helm it. Truth be told.. I'm not really sure what made me settle on Marisi, Breaker of the Coil, but I am definitely glad I did! This deck obviously has some archetypes that it's not suited to play against, but against almost any creature or combat based deck it's remarkably good.

     The basic idea is to pit your opponents against one another (albeit, not always by choice) while building up a collection of tools that are a healthy mix of offensive and defensive. Using tools like Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Komainu Battle Armor, Disrupt Decorum or Geode Rager in combination with Marisi's trigger(s) makes it possible to keep most threats away from you, and using Waves of Aggression, Aurelia, the Warleader or Moraug, Fury of Akoum can open up more triggers to make even more friends into enemies! It's all very fun for at least one person. ;)

     If all goes to plan you will eventually be left with a single opponent who can finally attack you. However, when they do, they'll be greeted by a variety of things they don't really want to attack. From Brash Taunter to Trapjaw Tyrant & Silverclad Ferocidons, attacking this deck is not only annoying, it can have extremely negative consequences. For the smarter than average opponent who knows better than to attack such obvious deterrents, Neyith of the Dire Hunt & Xenagos, God of Revels can be used to supercharge any fatty (see: Wurmcoil Engine, Polyraptor) and then fought with Brash Taunter.
