the win conditions of the deck are:

• Worldgorger Dragon + Animate Dead, Necromancy and Dance of the Dead This combo can either generate unbounded mana for you to cast into your commander killing your opponents by first emptying there hands and then doming them for 3 every cast of Kroxa, if kroxa is already in play simply looping worldgorger dragon will trigger Kroxa's ETB producing a similar effect.

• Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank When bloodchief ascension is operational this combo stops your opponents from casting instants and sorceries and losing life otherwise this will drain there life till there dead.

• Underworld Breach + Wheel of Fortune + Lion's Eye Diamond while not the intention of these cards in the deck this combo allows you to wheel through your whole deck, from there you can often win the game by decking your opponents or praetors grasping a jace/oracle.

The inclusion of spells like fork and reverberate are as additional defensive counterspells and while in certain situations they can be tutors, removal card draw, etc they are there to try and win counter wars.
