Primary win condition:

Gain small bits of incidental life and kill people with general damage. Back that up with removal and most of the efficient tutors.

Secondary win condition:

If your general gets removed a lot, or someone has stopped your ability to gain life, you can take people down by functioning like a B/W Midrange deck. If Karlov is stopped a few times, you might just have to curve out into Grave Titan or Elesh Norn in order to win.

Other ways to win:Besides beats with creatures, you can also win with Aetherflux.
