'Steel Vengeance' is one of the first Commander decks I built. It's gone through a few recent changes and Tivit, Seller of Secrets has replaced Sydri, Galvanic Genius as its commander, with Sydri dropping into the 99. The deck's a collection of cool artifacts in Esper colours, or other synergystic cards that support its artifact-based game plan.

The primary focus of the deck is to generate value through card advantage effects like Padeem, Consul of Innovation, Vedalken Archmage, and Thopter Spy Network, and resource management through ramp and token generation. It mainly tries to win through creature combat or its combos although Mirrodin Besieged and Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge are great alternate win cons if attacking with creatures doesn't do the trick.

The deck has several cool combos:

Tivit, Seller of Secrets looks to have given the deck an injection of power. If Time Sieve is in play when he hits the table and all three opponents are still in the game, that's essentially infinite turns as he creates five Treasure/Clue artifact tokens whenever he ETBs or attacks, as the tokens can be sacrificed to Time Sieve ready for him to attack (and gain another five tokens) the following turn. As long as he isn't killed in combat (or Whirler Rogue makes him unblockable), this can be repeated on an infinite basis.
Time Sieve also goes infinite with Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek. As long as we have available and all three cards on the table, we can activate Thopter Foundry and sacrifice Sword of the Meek five times each, until we have five Thopters to sacrifice to Time Sieve. Then we can keep doing it for infinite turns. Tribute Mage is a great tool to help find the combo pieces if need, as she searches for an artifact with a CMC of .
Sydri, Galvanic Genius works incredibly well with Aetherflux Reservoir. Once the Reservoir is animated and given lifelink, it can pick off each player at the table in turn. Tomb of the Spirit Dragon can raise our life total above 50 pretty easily and can be found with Expedition Map.
Finally I've also added the Painter's Servant // Grindstone combo as a insta-mill combo kill.
