I have also considered putting Tivit, Seller of Secrets into my Sen Triplets deck, but I feel that I should save him for a deck that is dedicating to voting, if I should ever build such a deck.

When Tivit deals damage to an opponent (or enters) his ability will trigger. Per his ability you'll go around the table and vote what token to create. For each evidence vote, you will attempt to create a clue. Regardless of how many you make, Academy Manufactor will replace each instance of creation with triple tokens (ie 3 evidence votes == 3 of each token). The same will happen for bribery.
So if you have 4 players, regardless of what everyone votes, you will indeed get 15 artifacts.
Relevant rule on Academy Manufactor: "If you control one Academy Manufactor and would create some number of Clue, Food, or Treasure tokens, you will instead create that many Clue tokens, that many Food tokens, and that many Treasure tokens. (2021-06-18)"

This is my take on the new commander Tivit, Seller of Secrets. It's a star wars inspired voting deck with some combo lines included. Overall I feel like it's a lot of fun, though your opponents might not appreciate that their votes don't count (as much).
I appreciate any input!

Sorcery
Will of the Council - Starting with you, each player votes for a player of their choice. If one of your opponents gets more votes, they become the Monarch. If you get more votes or the vote is tied, you become the Monarch.
If you become the Monarch this way, each opponent who voted for you makes a treasure token. Otherwise, draw a card.

I recently made a Tivit, Seller of Secrets deck thanks to Streets of New Capenna's Commander decks. I wanted to design a cool card that would be perfect for it. It's here: Your Vote Matters! (Esper Politics)
Anyway, design another card with either Will of the Council or Council's Dilemma. Bonus points if it fits in the Esper color identity so it would be playable in my deck.

Ognis, the Dragon's Lash is the first time we had a cmdr who cares about haste. So that's cool.
Rumor Gatherer is good card draw in white. I'm hyped to see card draw in white.
Glittering Stockpile is pretty unique we haven't seen a mana rock that turns into a ritual later.
Luxior, Giada's Gift is probably the most unique card from this main set.
Angel of Suffering is pretty unique as well. There's only a few cards I can think of that are a lil like this. Platinum Angel and Platinum Emperion. Pairing Angel of Suffering with Wheel of Sun and Moon creates the dream sceneiro for Syr Konrad, the Grim.
Leaving the main set and moving to the cmdr set
Tivit, Seller of Secrets is the first time we got a cmdr that cares about voting and that's awesome.
The Beamtown Bullies seems like a legit cmdr that does something like we've never seen before and make you want to put cards in your deck that you wouldn't want in any other deck. Cards like Eater of Days lol
Mari, the Killing Quill is the first cmdr that cares about assassins. That's freaking cool
Syrix, Carrier of the Flame is clearly made for Phoenix tribes and its sweet
Bennie Bracks, Zoologist more sweet mono white card draw. Yes more cards like this please.
Smuggler's Share same as above but also ramp. Soo good.
Resourceful Defense wins the cmdr set for the most unique card from this set. We've never had a card printed that can move counters of any kind around at instant speed and stick around to do it again whenever you want. So good so Broken and so unique.
And to finish this off. More white card draw.
