Wolves entering the battlefield gain life through Authority of Consuls and Essence Warden, lifegain gives +1/+1 counters, creatures with counters have lifelink from cards like Abzan Battle Priest and Envoy of the Ancestors. Make Wolves fight with Tolsimir and gain 3 life for each wolf that fights. Generate wolves using Garruk Cursed huntsman and other enchantments. Buff all your wolves with cards like Nykthos Paragon and Betor, Ancestors voice. Use the excess life you gain to fuel cards like Bolas Citadel to play even more wolves...which then gain life...and then buff everything more.

PS: used to use Halana, Kessig Ranger and Ravos, Soultender as partner commanders but then found Betor and Betor is Better so...until they give us an actual Abzan Wolf Commander he'll have to do.
