Muzzio Slim Down EDH

I need some massive help slimming down this playlist. The theme I am going for is Proliferation in a Blue artifact deck. The following list is what I want in the deck, but as you guys can see, I have far too many cards for EDH. At this time, I have 103 cards. This needs to get slimmed down to about 65 or so cards. I have slimmed this down from about 200 or so cards. So yeah...I've hit a brick wall. Any help in slimming it down would be more than welcome.

I've noticed when slimming down a deck it's always best to just stick to a linear path. Ask yourself, "what exactly do I want my deck to do?". Once you have your path you'll see more value in some cards and see other cards as worthless because they don't help you to achieve your goal.
Once you get all of that nonscence sorted out play test the deck 5-6 times and see what cards work for you and what cards don't. You'll find that "this"card is great but "that" card is just that much more useful to your deck.

Decide if you want to go the Infect route or not. If not, then you may consider dropping the Infect creatures like Phyrexian Juggernaut . Viral Drake may be an exception here thanks to his repeatable proliferate.
You could probably drop Dragon Throne of Tarkir and Surge Node . Silver Myr is probably replaceable with Palladium Myr . I'd also shorten down your counterspell suite. Override and/or Cancel can go if you have Last Word and Counterspell available to you. Paradox Haze and Infinite Reflection can go until you shorten down your list and see how much they can actually help you in the end.
