Ever since I picked up some old white-bordered legends, I have wanted to make an EDH deck that included them. I wasn't sure about which commander to choose or which theme to go with. That is, until I recently heard on a Command Zone Podcast, a guest mentioned creating a deck out of white bordered cards. With that, I decided to make my own deck with a white border theme based around Sol'Kanar.

I am starting with white-bordered cards that I already have and working from there. This is still a budget deck, so don't suggest any cards that cost more than about $5. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I am going for a minor control strategy, with some chaotic and annoying effects. I am pretty short on win-cons besides evasive commander damage, so let me know if you have any ideas.
