In addition, all researchers studying SCP-4317-J will be subject to a Class C sanity check once every 1 week(s) or 10 hours of work, and be sent to an other facility after 6 week(s) or 40 hours of interaction, whichever comes first. Researchers are not permitted to interact with any [DATA EXPUNGED] class anomalies after interaction with SCP-4317-J. In addition, they are not to be informed or reminded of death, mortality, or the form that SCP-4317-J takes.

Description: SCP-4317-J is a cognitional hazard (henceforth denoted as cognitohazard) that influences through knowledge of the hazard. Those who are afflicted begin to report feelings of dread and confusion after 12 hours, and begin to act manic and reckless after 24. The victims of SCP-4317-J report seeing an Angel with a set of painfully sharp red armor, calling herself Tariel.

After this, they begin to report that they are dead. Despite brain function being full, they, even with knowledge of SCP-4317-J effects, believe themselves to be dead. As such, researchers are to be checked to make sure that SCP-4317-J has not started to affect them. After 30 hours, a victim, henceforth denoted as SCP-4317-J-A, will attempt to find a high position, and will begin muttering to themself. Reports indicate that the words they say includes phrases as [DATA EXPUNGED]. Those who heard the statements in person began to experience SCP-4317-J's effects after 24 hours. After 51 hours, SCP-4317-J-A dies, with all function stopping. Upon death, the body will disappear, and reappear in a population center nearby. A more elder victim has a higher effective range, as past incidents seem to indicate that the reappearance range is equal to age / distance to upper atmosphere * number of victims that have been spread due to the contagious phrases mentioned earlier in this paragraph.
