Get as many as counters you can and throw them to you opponents.

Wait until you get Master of Cruelties or Raving Dead and combine it with Rogue's Passage, Whispersilk Cloak and Sword of Selves for fun. Sorin Markov and Tree of Perdition will help you either to ride off that pest Oloro decks, or just get your opponent's life down to 10 and throw an horde of goblins to his head with Tymaret. Triskaidekaphobia is a nice combo with the Tree of Perdition. Instawin in turn five.

Don't be afraid of use the discard ability of the Skeleton Key or Trading Post and let go your "heavy weight" creatures to the graveyard (6 or more cmc), they will return from there directly to the battlefield with Soul Exchange or Rise from the Grave.

Use Descent of Dragons to flood the opponent if you cast it after a Army of the Damned and get a lot of dragons and remove some nasty creatures like Atraxa from the battlefield.
