Tymaret, the Murder King Discussion

KayneMarco: Thanks, man. This is one of my favorite decks and this list has been tweaked slightly. Judith, the Scourge Diva is the current commander, but Tymaret, the Murder King still plays a significant role and is usualy one of three creatures I tutor for with Buried Alive . I should update the list on tappedout soon.

Enker To be Honest Tymaret, the Murder King is really only good because you can infinite combo and pop off with his first ability, but it just costs so much to really make it efficient with out a engine going. Infect is an idea but it i don't see it strong enough to really make a insane impact, it is something to look into and i will thanks for the tip..
- Like you said you can try out a full on steal everything deck with him and just play him really controlling, by taking everyone else's win cons Praetor's Grasp and slowly making something like Deathbringer Thoctar Really big or just keeping the game going so long that Mogis, God of Slaughter & Purphoros, God of the Forge Has made a huge impact on the game.
- If your dead set on the legend Tymaret, the Murder King He is pretty great You could honestly just get rid of Worldgorger Dragon + Phyrexian Altar to remove the infinite combos and just slowly zucc out everyone with Blood Artist .

Hello! Try to find Rakdos, Lord of Riots - seems to be a nice addition to your deck. Mogis, God of Slaughter - just to deal more damage. You can replace Burglar Rat with something more useful - Tymaret, the Murder King for example. In this case you can make a combo like: Tymaret + Judith's ability + Dictate of Erebos . Temple of Malice - enters tapped but scry 1, much better than Rakdos Guildgate anyway. And don't forget about card advantage: Necropotence , Phyrexian Arena and /or Underworld Connections .

So I want to make an Aristocrats deck without the color white, as I have most of my white staples in another deck. Currently I'm having trouble picking a color combo, and commander. Here are my thoughts so far:
So rakdos I think needs to be in the deck at least. Red has a lot of good effects for aristocrats in cards such Impact Tremors for extra reach and sac outlets in Goblin Bombbardment. I've been messing around mainly with Judith, but she seems to fall short in the later game, which while making sense, still disappoints me. The other two I mentioned look to be maybe even weaker, but I'm open to have my opinion changed.
Jund gives more token generation for aristocrats in green, AND adds good ramp. Not to mention, a larger selection of commanders. Only problem is, I want to make this deck somewhat strong, say, high power on the commander tier list on this site, and that might require more of a mana base than rakdos, but maybe I'm wrong with green providing fixing for my colors.
*Not doing Prossh, he's over saturated at my meta, or was for a time.
Thoughts? Any other color combos to consider?
P.S I've also tried Marchesa the Black Rose, to limited success.

Thanks for the comment and suggestion Pakinlead!! Tymaret, the Murder King is very interesting, I'm going to squeeze one of him into the deck and test it out.

Great deck! +1 for concept alone, and the deck itself looks solid. Tymaret, the Murder King might be right up this deck's alley. It's a fairly potent sacrifice outlet, especially with Gravecrawler, and Tymaret can recur itself after being milled, making it best friends with Stitcher's Supplier.

Ill try to keep budget low, I dont know how good you want this deck to be, but we can definitely make it pretty nasty on a budget aside from mana base. I personally think you should focus on B/W/R This gives you good draw, good stax peices, and extra combat turns. Some of these cards have alternate prints that are a bit cheaper. But i think this is a good start

Meekstone Since you get untap effects, should really help slow others down. Add in some other stax peices as you get budget if you want to keep tuning it, but alot of good stax cards are a little higher costed
