This deck can be under $50 by taking out the cards over $5:Sylvan Library-$116, Earthcraft-$22, Time Spiral-$18, Enlightened Tutor-$14, Exploration-$8,Mystical Tutor-$7, Lotus Vale-$5, Worldly Tutor-$5. Look at the Maybe-board for possible replacements.

The point of this deck is to get an infinite mana combo, draw the deck, and kill the opponents with Banefire, or Conflagrate in a multiplayer game.

The combo works when there is a land out that produces enough mana to untap a creature (using an enchantment) that can untap that land.

IE: There is a Forest that produces an extra mana because of Fertile Ground, and an Arbor Elf with Freed from the Real attached. Tap the forest for G/U, untap the Forest with Arbor Elf, tap the Forest for G/U, use a U to untap the Arbor Elf using Freed from the Real, untap the Forest to get G/U...etc.. Eventually there will be infinite green mana which can be turned into all colors using one of the mana converters ie: Orochi Leafcaller. Then play anything you want- preferably search for Banefire, and win.

The commander is Sliver Queen because it is the only legendary creatures in the right colors that works as a backup win-con with infinite mana.

This is a creation based on a casual legacy combo deck I made, so it can still be improved.
