This is a cEDH list by SB1WARD as found on Moxfield in May 2023. Please see the primer found at this link for more detailed game-play information: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/N26Q8kszC0uGsmAA-Y5Qdg

The first priority of this deck is to get your commander, Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes, in play as early as possible, preferably by turn 2 but no later than turn 3. Then you want to pump Boo or another hamster (such as Taurean Mauler or Mutavault) and sacrifice it to Minsc & Boo's -2 ability to draw X cards, where X is equal to the hamster's power. You also get to deal X damage to any target, which could be a problematic creature but will often be dealt directly to an opponent. Keep in mind that if you target a creature and that creature is given hexproof in response, your ability will fizzle and you will not draw cards. That's why, more often than not, face is the place!

As you draw cards you are looking for an opportunity to create infinite mana with one of the following combos:

  1. Temur Sabertooth + Dockside Extortionist: First make sure your opponents have at least 5 artifacts/enchantments in play. Cast the Sabertooth and the Dockside, creating at least 5 treasures. Use two of the treasures to activate the Sabertooth to return the Dockside to your hand. Then use two more treasures to again cast Dockside. Each loop nets you one treasure, thereby creating infintie mana as well as infinite storm!
  2. Haze of Rage + Storm-Kiln Artist: With Storm-Kiln on the battlefield and the Haze in your hand, make sure you have a Storm count of at least 3 (prior to casting the Haze) and at least available. Cast the Haze with its buyback cost, which triggers the Storm-Kiln to create 1 treasure. At minimum, the Haze will then be copied 3 times (once for each Storm count), creating 3 more treasures. You now have at least 4 treasures and the Haze is back in your hand, except now your Storm count is higher (at least 4). Use the 4 treasures to again cast the Haze with its buyback cost, which will create at least 5 treasures (1 for the original Haze and 1 for each of the 4 copies), netting you mana. Repeat the loop for infinite mana and infinite storm! CAUTION: Remember that the Haze is pumping all of your creatures, so if you sac a hamster to Minsc & Boo when that hamster's power is greater than the number of cards in your deck, you will kill yourself. You do not draw cards if you sac a non-hamster creature, but you still deal X damage equal to that creature's power, so you can sacrifice any non-hamster creature to take out an opponent without decking yourself.

Protean Hulk is also in the deck as a way to tutor for your combo pieces. Simply sacrifice the Hulk to your commander to trigger the tutor ability. If your opponents have at least 5 artifacts/enchantments combined, then tutor for Temur Sabertooth and Dockside Extortionist. If you have Haze of Rage in hand and ways to get enough Storm, get Storm-Kiln Artist.

Once you have assembled either of the above combos and have created infinite treasures, your next move is likely to draw your entire deck (one card at a time) as follows:

  1. Cast Minsc & Boo, creating a Boo token on ETB.
  2. Active the -2 ability and target Minsc & Boo, drawing you 1 card and killing Minsc & Boo, returning them to the command zone.
  3. Repeat until you've drawn your deck!

With your whole deck in your hand you have a few ways to win:

  1. Cast Temur Sabertooth, then cast Lightning Bolt at target player. Then cast Eternal Witness to get back the Lightning Bolt, then cast the Lightning Bolt again. Activate Temur Sabertooth to return Eternal Witness to your hand. Rinse and repeat for infinite Lightning Bolt damage! You can follow the same pattern but replace the Lightning Bolt with Delayed Blast Fireball to damage all opponents at once.
  2. If neither Lightning Bolt nor Delayed Blast Fireball are available (due to being exiled, for example), then you can replace them in the above loop with Beast Within to destroy all opposing permanents. Then use Fury or Shatterskull Smashing   to destroy all the beasts. With zero permanents left, your opponents will likely scoop at this point, especially since you can repeat this process every single turn.
