I'm looking to fine tune a MtGO 1v1 Commander-legal deck in paper. I have always been drawn to the synergy between Marchesa, the Black Rose and Infect creatures, so I am using this as a starting point.

This deck contains one two-card combo: Demonic Consultation + Laboratory Maniac . Otherwise, the pain lands, Phyrexian Mana, and the Talismans ensure that you are always the player with the least amount of life (Dethrone).
