This is essentially a Locust God/brudiclad toolbox deck designed so that Locust God or Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer could run the helm while the other is in the 99. It is pretty standard izzet control, ramp up, get a few tokens/pillowfort, spell sling a bit and soon you board is swarming with tokens.
