Tasi-good-stuff graveyard-focused control deck. Wins the long game without an infinite combo.

Ramp ( Farseek , Dreamscape Artist , Pir's Whim ) and control ( Beast Within , AEtherspouts , Plaguecrafter ) the early game until you get your Cabal Coffers out, then go to town.

Make sure you can protect your graveyard, and mess up your opponents' ones ( Stifle , Learn from the Past , Loaming Shaman ).

Delve away the ramp spells and things you don't want back (also works with Taigam, Sidisi's Hand ), then plow away with Tasigur's activated ability. And if your opponents are not giving you back the things you need, there's a nice recursion package to make the deck function even without its commander - Eternal Witness , Phyrexian Reclamation , Seasons Past .

Of course, you can also try to win the game with Laboratory Maniac or Villainous Wealth .
