Main wincons:

1) Ayli's first ability + Sanguine Bond / Vizkopa Guildmage / Aetherflux Reservoir and/or any of the following:

For, generally, a one-shot table kill.

2) "Gift of Immortality + Pawn of Ulamog + Sun Titan with Ayli's first ability. Plus either Zulaport Cutthroat, Vizkopa Guildmage, or Sanguine Bond.

3) Fiend Hunter can replace the Gift of Immortality in the combo, just remember to let it's effect fully resolve before you sacrifice it."

4) That loop will also work with Necromancy in place of Gift of Immortality.

5) A similar combo exists with Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Pawn of Ulamog and alyi's first ability for infinite life. Add in Zulaport Cutthroat/Sanguine Bond/Vizkopa Guildmage//Aetherflux Reservoir for infinite damage as well.
