Old fashioned Teferi Chain Veil. I built this because i was bored playing my Jhoira deck, which won too consistently.

Never thought i would say that would bore me, but yeah it did.

i really didn't know what to build, and most other commanders wouldn't stand up to the power-level in my group. this deck actually fit that bill and allowed for a game to be played, but i could technically have it go off and end the game, if i wanted it to.

it is a little underpowered. I don't have some of the cards that make it truly competitive. working on it...
