Basic Eldrazi ramp EDH deck. You want lots of mana rocks to play they expensive cards as early as possible and then refill with Kozilek. Drawing into more mana rocks just lets you empty your hand faster and faster and lets you keep casting Kozilek regardless of how often he gets removed.
