Signal the Clans can be used to guarantee a piece for the twin combo by searching for all 3 of Deceiver Exarch/Pestermite/Bounding Krasis

Chord of Calling + Ghostly Flicker can start the Naru Combo by casting the Flicker and holding priority and Chording for Naru

Azami, Lady of Scrolls is a creature that draws for the Naru Combo just hold priorty with the Naru trigger on the stack and both Azami and Naru can be tapped to net two cards per loop

Deadeye Navigator can be cast after performing the Naru Combo once infinite mana has been created and can act as a card draw engine with a creature that draws on ETB

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir/Alchemist's Refuge allows the Naru Combo to be fully instant

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir protects your combos on your turn

Laboratory Maniac can be flashed in during the Naru combo if you have Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir in play and will have the ability to win on the spot if you have a card draw creature in play and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir will protect the combo if he is in play since flicker will be on the stack you can't be stopped even on the opponents turn

Concerns/Options

This deck may want more ways to access the Naru combo or ways to restart it if doesn't work the first time. The deck has a reasonably high amount of card draw from its creatures and various card draw spells. Which should allow for reasonably easy assembly of the combos.

Maybe want to add Tooth and Nail to add the tutor chain of Merchant Scroll into Mystical Tutor into Tooth and Nail to win from just a Scroll starter since Tooth and Nail get the Kiki version of the Twin combo
